ICF Level 1 Accredited Programme

This programme meets International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 requirements and supports participants on the pathway toward ACC credentialing.

Programme components include:

  • 60 hours of coach education
  • 10 hours of mentor coaching 
  • Practice coaching with structured feedback
  • Competency-based assessment
  • Reflective supervision and integration

Structured Pathway

The programme is designed as a comprehensive and structured learning journey that blends theoretical knowledge, practical application, and personalised development. 

  • Part A – 32 hours of facilitator led coach training
  • Part B – 14 hours of online self-paced e-learning
  • Part C – 14 hours of online practise coaching
  • Part D – 10 hours of online mentor coaching 

Upon completion of the training, learners must also fulfil 100 hours of coaching experience and pass the ACC credentialing exam with the International Coaching Federation in order to be awarded the ACC credential.

Participation in the Reflective Inquiry ICF Level 1 Coach Training Programme is intentionally application-based. We maintain a reflective and focused learning environment by ensuring alignment between participants, learning intentions, and the methodology of the programme.
